Outworld is the debut album by the American progressive metal band Outworld. It was released on November 13, 2006 by Replica Records. The Japanese version of the album includes a bonus track entitled, "Polar". All tracks written by Rusty Cooley. The Video Features Carlos Zema as lead singer. The band is shown playing a jam session and an audience starts moshing as Rusty Cooley goes into a shredding solo

Enter Outworld, progressive metal band extraordinaire. Formed in 1997 the band has been garnering more and more support in the metal underground as of late. And finally, the Houston, Texas based quintet has released its debut album, albeit nine years after the band's inception. Outworld's style of prog metal is a rather likeable combination. Right from the beginning of the album, the band forces listeners into submission with aggressive riff after aggressive riff after aggressive riff. Surely, fans of this type of guitar work should find themselves right at home with Outworld, as this tactic is employed through the entirety of the hour long recording.
Outworld started it all in 2002, as Lord Jian decided to form a band which aim would be to renovate the electronic music from within, even if this would have led the band through the hard path of creating a brand new style. Since then, the band has composed three studio album, improving the quality of their output with each new effort. The first album, featuring Wolvie and Sir Shelzar, has been No Dimension, composed of eight old school electronic instrumental tunes.

Outworld - one of the most critically underrated and unknown bands in existence. It is a massive shame that they have dissolved into the abyss of cult artists. This debut album from them is one of the greatest technical displays and songwriting displays you could ask from a prog band.
