By Prog Sphere on May 8, 2017. Pin It. Michael Morton and Daniel Thomas of progressive rock band Topografic Oceans have confronted at the latest rehearsal over, you won’t believe it, time signatures. Namely, as the band is working on their debut album, guitarist Morton and bassist Thomas have different ideas about certain parts of their songs. If we want to be a Prog band, we must include multiple odd time signatures in our music such 7/4 and 5/4, says Thomas. Every goddamn band is using it nowadays.

The incompressible viscous flow past a sphere is investigated numerically at moderate Reynolds numbers. Periodic vortex shedding happens at these Reynolds numbers. The primary objective is to identify the surface signature when the wake reaches the surface. The flow shows a planar symmetric pattern with vortex shedding. When Reynolds number increases to 500, the flow becomes more chaotic and loses its planar symmetry. At Reynolds number of 500, highly organized periodic surface signatures appear on the shear-free surface when the sphere is near the surface.
The Sphère stilettos embody refined sophistication and provide a classy finishing touch to any day-to-night look. Heir to the Tango Boule shoes designed by Mr. Roger Vivier in 1953 for Marlene Dietrich, they stand out for their precious spherical decoration at the base of the heel. The new round buckle hails from the archives of the Maison.
